Naviance

Naviance is the district's new high school and beyond software tool that will help students build a plan for post high school to be college, career and life ready. This toolkit allows students, counselors, and parents to communicate better about college and career choices and course planning.  This online platform serves as our districts High School & Beyond Plan graduation requirement.

Each grade level will be required to complete tasks yearly to maintain a record of research and planning for completion senior year.  Tasks are assigned to students during High School & Beyond Plan lessons administered through required coursework by grade level.  (Freshman - Health/PE, Sophomores - World Studies, Juniors - English, Seniors - Social Studies)

This is a four year culminating project that is submitted and reviewed March 1st of a students Senior Year.

  • Running Start and New Market Skills Center Students must check in with their counselor for completion requirements, some items will be required to complete independently.  Counseling staff and College & Career Readiness Counselor are available to support these plans, contact for an appointment.
  • Transfer students that may have missed previous years lessons will have personalized plans to meet the requirements - contact your counselor if you are a transfer student to Olympia High School to determine your completion requirements.
