Graduation Information

All pertinent information has been communicated to families via email and meetings. As certain COVID restrictions still apply, students and families have been made aware of the groupings and times that they will be cycling through graduation on 6/18.


More last minute info might be posted here, so check back as needed.


Graduation Group Information: 


Graduation Group A

  • Student check in at 2:30pm, student program begins at 3:00pm
  • Parents arrive at 3:45pm, Diploma ceremony begins at 4:15pm


Graduation Group B

  • Student check in at 4:00pm, student program in the Rec Center begins at 4:30pm
  • Parents arrive at 5:15pm, Diploma ceremony in the Pavilion begins at 5:45pm


Graduation Group C

  • Student check in at 5:30pm, student program in the Rec Center begins at 6:00pm
  • Parents arrive at 6:45pm, Diploma ceremony in the Pavilion begins at 7:15pm


Graduation Group D

  • Student check in at 7:00pm, student program in the Rec Center begins at 7:30pm
  • Parents arrive at 8:15pm, Diploma ceremony in the Pavilion begins at 8:45pm

Ticket Confirmation emails out on 6/17

ONLY Students will be able to pick up their Graduation Tickets. 

Additional tickets (if any)are available per first come first serve. 

Tickets can be picked up until 6/17 at 3pm in the College and Career Readiness Center. 

Prior to receiving tickets:

  • Fines/Fees need to be paid in the ASB office
  • Senior Exit Surveys must be completed in Naviance
  • High School and Beyond Plan must be completed
  • Be cleared to graduate by your Counselor



Due to Covid restrictions, tickets will be limited. Invite your family and friends to watch the OHS graduation ceremonies: 

Graduates for each group will attend Recreation Center & Pavilion Ceremonies in that order. 


Steps to find your Seniors surveys:
     OSD Portal>Naviance>My Stuff>My Surveys>Complete both:
     Senior Exit Survey 2 of 3 and OHS Senior Exit Survey 
These surveys will request information about you & your final transcript destination. 



  • Students in the graduation ceremony wear navy blue caps and gowns, tassels, and a white stole. If you are still in need of Jostens items,  you must contact your COUNSELOR. Nothing will be available for sale on Graduation day. 
  •  The only ornamentations allowed are OHS approved cords and medallions.
  • Students may not wear or carry leis, flowers, or any other decoration during the ceremony. *See Principal Grant for cultural exceptions.
  •  Class of 2021 ONLY - Only graduation caps may be decorated. All decorations must be school appropriate. We reserve the right to replace any inappropriate cap with a blank cap prior to the graduation ceremony.



Seniors with a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA at the end of the seventh semester will have the opportunity to wear an honor cord during the graduation ceremony.

Purchase and Pick-up Honor Cords for $7.50 in the ASB or Main Office.

SPSCC Running Start Associate Degree candidate cords can only be purchased at SPSCC.



Diplomas will be mailed to home addresses as shown in Skyward Family Access or updated address provided in the SENIOR SURVEY.



Transcripts will begin to be mailed out July 15th after all grades are processed & entered.

Official transcripts will be sent to students ATTENDING COLLEGE identified in the required Senior Exit Survey or students receive an UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT to their home.
