Senior End of Year Exit Form Open  

It is important that the senior takes TIME to complete this online, it is NOT a mobile friendly survey.  This is completed to receive your final transcript & graduation tickets.

GPA Honor Cords - Seniors with a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA at the end of the seventh semester will have the opportunity to wear an honor cord during the graduation ceremony. Your GPA will NOT be rounded up, please don’t ask. Purchase in the Main Office only. Cost is $8.00 cash or card. 

Gold: 4.000 - 3.750
Silver: 3.749 - 3.500
Bronze: 3.499 - 3.000

 

SPSCC Running Start Associate Degree candidate cords can only be purchased at SPSCC.

You must SET your ATTENDING COLLEGE and REQUEST YOUR FINAL TRANSCRIPT in Naviance in order to have your final transcript sent to that school.  If you want your transcript sent to your home address you will select that option on the SENIOR EXIT SURVEY.
NOTE: Final transcripts will not be ready to send until July 12, 2023. Colleges have been given this information, so please do not ask for a transcript sooner. It will NOT be ready.

Seniors who attended OHS feeder schools are invited to go to their elementary school the morning of June 14th. (Schedule) Students will be asked to  WEAR YOUR CAP & GOWN to this event.  You may participate with your friends at any local OSD elementary school if you did not attend an OSD elementary school.

Senior Breakfast, celebrations & teacher of the year announcements take place immediately after the Senior Elementary Walk.  You DO NOT WEAR YOUR CAP & GOWN to this event.  OHS Commons (seniors only)

The Senior Awards Assembly will immediately follow the Senior Breakfast.  Department Awards, Senior Scholarships from Community Organizations and additional celebrations will take place at this FINAL EVENT.

Senior Checkout Form - Immediately after the awards assembly, graduation tickets will be available to be picked up by the graduating senior only. To receive your 6 graduation tickets, you must complete the SENIOR CHECKOUT FORM - which lists completion of all graduation requirements, turn in all OSD equipment and books, and pay all fines and fees. This form must be signed by the selected staff members/department once you have completed that requirement. 


When all signatures are obtained then you will turn in the form to the CCRC to receive your tickets. SENIOR CHECKOUT FORMS will be available in the library, the main office, the ASB office and the CCRC starting June 12th.


Extra Tickets will be distributed at graduation practice - there should be extra tickets available, so PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM OTHER STUDENTS.

To receive tickets & select your seat ALL SENIORS MUST:

  • Complete EXIT SURVEYS, all graduation requirements 
  • Turn in all OSD equipment and books
  • Pay all fines and fees 
  • In order to select seat “mates” you must arrive TOGETHER.

Requested Seat at Graduation - When picking up your graduation tickets we will also ask you to select your requested seat for graduation. This is only a requested seat location and not a guarantee. If you wish to sit next to your friends at graduation you should all arrive together to get your tickets and select your seats.  Last date to select your seat is JUNE 16th, after this date seats will be assigned.

Graduation at St. Martin’s Marcus Pavilion - Ceremony starts at 7:00pm
Seniors must arrive by 6:00pm

Grad Night Party ~ immediately after graduation; sponsored by Senior parents

Final Transcripts will be mailed out

 

 

DIPLOMAS

Seniors do not receive their diplomas at the Graduation Ceremony;  they will be handed only the diploma cover as they walk across the stage. Diplomas will be mailed to home addresses as shown in Skyward Family Access. BE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IN SKYWARD IS CORRECT.  

 

FINES & FEES

Pay all fines and fees as soon as possible. You will not be able to pick up graduation tickets until all fines and fees are paid. Use the payment portal or contact the main office for questions. 

This includes any lunch balances. Any positive lunch balances would get a refund.

If you are still in need of anything for graduation please reach out to your Counselor ASAP.


If you are a parent and would like to donate a cap/gown please drop it office at the main office.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING AT GRADUATION

Each accessible seating is allowed only 1 companion seat. Other family members and friends will need to sit elsewhere.

We ask that you do not approach the stage to take photos of your student.

GRADUATION ATTIRE  > Video 

  • Students in the graduation ceremony wear Jostens graduation attire ~ navy blue caps and gowns, tassels, and a 2023 white stole.
  • If you are still in need of Jostens items,  you must contact your COUNSELOR. Nothing will be available for sale on Graduation day. 
  • The only ornamentations allowed are OHS approved cords and medallions.
  • Students are allowed to decorate their caps, yet keep within school dress code guidelines
  • Students may not wear or carry leis, flowers, or any other decoration during the ceremony. *See Principal Grant for cultural exceptions.
