Please follow the "Registration Process" instructions below. Every athlete is required to purchase an ASB card each school year ($40.00). Each sport has a Pay To Play fee of $125.00 due when an athlete makes a team roster. If you qualify for Free/Reduced lunch, at the end of your registration proceed to payment, your balance will be entered.

Information Needed to Register

Please have your physical exam form, health information, and student ID handy to allow for accurate completion of the online registration form. Physical exams are current for 13 months from the exam date.


When a family registers through FamilyID, the system keeps track of the information in a FamilyID profile. This allows information to be entered one time for multiple seasons, multiple family members and multiple programs.

Athletic clearance forms in Spanish will continue to be available to download on the Olympia School District website.

Registration Process

To register online for sports, read the following steps below and then go directly to the OHS FamilyID site to register and follow these steps:

  1. To find your sports program, visit the OHS FamilyID link and select the registration form under the word Programs.
  2. Next click the green Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Create Account/Log In green buttons. If this is your first time using FamilyID, click Create Account. Click Log In, if you already have a FamilyID account.
  3. Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner’s First and Last names (parent/guardian), E-mail address and password. Select I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of Service. Click Create Account.
  4. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.).
  5. Click on the link in your activation E-mail, which will log you in to
  6. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.
  7. Click the Continue button when your form is complete.
  8. Review your registration summary and click on the PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS link.

At any time, you may login at to update your information and to check your registration(s).

To view a completed registration, select the Registration tab on the blue bar.

The site contains answers to frequently asked questions, as well as articles about topics such as program registration, account basics, and payments.
