Community Colleges

Training at a community college can include to job related training or classes which will count toward a transferable degree to attend a four-year college (associate of arts, associate of science). Students can utilize their 2-year degree to prepare for many current in demand jobs.  Four-year public and private colleges in the state of Washington have articulation agreements with the community colleges to accept such credits. Community colleges with their smaller class sizes, variety of offerings, and cheaper tuition may be a good alternative for some students for the first two years of college.
