Rules
Advertising will be done in the Olympia High School newsletter (Bearlines), radio, newspapers, internet, local TV and word of mouth from over 1800 students and staff, not including the Alumni Association, feeder schools, loyal community and our gracious sponsors. There will be a hospitality room serving free coffee and cookies for vendors only. If you would like to purchase a meal, you can pre-order and have your food delivered to your booth or have one of the many volunteers sit at your booth while you relax in the hospitality room.
Admission is free, although canned food donations will be gladly accepted. Raffle tickets will be sold in the Raffle Hall - where your required donated item will be displayed. This is a great way to show off your wares. Your donated item will be identified with your name and booth location. The raffle will take place at the end of the day.
Please read the following rules carefully.
Acceptance is juried on photo (items/previous displays) or website submitted. Please submit new photo this year (photocopies are fine).
