Having trouble with pdfs on this page?
Instead of opening the pdf in your browser (it crashes your internet
browser when you try to open it), save it to your desktop first.
Right-click on the pdf, and it will say "Save target as" so save it to
your desktop. Also, do you have the latest version of Adobe Reader? You
can download this for free. Check to see what operating system you have
(Windows 98, XP, etc.) to make sure it is compatible.
