SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships are available from a variety of sources. Your best source will be the financial aid office of the college you attend, so be sure to contact them early and pay attention to their deadlines.
Another great source of Olympia high School's Senior Notes. This lists all scholarships offered to current students. To request a scholarship listed, contact Mrs. Williams in the Career Center. The current edition of Senior Notes is listed here: senior notes
A third source is websites. These scholarships draw from a larger pool of students and can be harder to get. Here are some frequently used links:

Students apply for financial aid at a college at the same time they apply for admission. Any student interested in financial assistance of any kind needs to fill out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Forms are available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Practice forms are available at any time, but applications for the following academic year are available and can be filled out only after January 1. Assistance in filling out the forms can be available from the college financial aid office. Assistance is always free; do not pay for this advice.
