TRANSCRIPT REQUEST
Diplomas and final transcripts for seniors will be mailed out by July 10.
For transcripts request please call the registrar at 596-7035. She will process requests for transcripts once a week throughout the summer.
Transcript Requests can be made by the following forms:
Transcript Request for Current Seniors - Four Year College Application Tracking Form for Olympia High School
Transcript Request for Freshman, Sophmores, Juniors, and any student not currently enrolled at OHS(Past Grads, Non-Grads):

Please fill out the form completely, including $2.00 cash or check made out Olympia High School. Allow forty-eight hours to process.
Current seniors using the "Four Year College Tracking Form" should remember to include an envelope. Please write out the mailing address. No postage is necessary; DO NOT put YOUR return address on the envelope. We will stamp it for you with the Olympia High School return address.
