Information for the West Central District meet this Friday and Saturday, 5/18 - 5/19 (schedule, seeding sheets, etc.) is up at the West Central District Site.

It is not too early to start thinking about the post season. Here are some track opportunities after the state meet:

Border Duel Track Classic, June 2nd @ Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon (District and state level athletes to compete against the best in the Northwest)

Washington State Multi-event Championships, June 1st-2nd @ Lake Stevens High School (qualifying standards)

Portland Track & Field Festival, June 8th-9th @ (Open meet with youth-elite fields)

All-Comers Track Meets Thursdays, June 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th @ Tumwater High School (Family friendly and relaxed meets with electronic timing)

New Top 40 lists after 2011 season: Boys   and   Girls 

2011 RESULTS:

5/26/11 -- Nate Brennand broke the school record by over 10 seconds with a second place in the state 4A 3200m, running a 9:02.64; he also placed 5th in the 1600m. Tayler Fettig jumped 5-5 for fourth place. FULL MEET RESULTS.

5/21/11 - Congratulations to Nate Brennand for winning the West Central District 1600 meter race on Saturday with a 4A state-leading time, breaking his own school record with a 4:14.09 performance. Nate also placed second in the 3200 meters, and joining him at the state championships at Mt. Tahoma High School later this week will be William Hoza in the pole vault, Rachel Fleener in the Javelin, and Tayler Fettig and Molly Peters in the High Jump. FULL MEET RESULTS.

5/13/11 --The girls were 4th and the boys were 5th at the 4A Narrows League Championships. FULL MEET RESULTS.

5/7/11 -- Some great marks were posted at the Freshman Invitational. FULL MEET RESULTS.

5/6/11 -- Congratulations to the boys and girls teams for winning the combined point total award at the Shaner Invite. Also, congratulations to Nate Brennand for winning male athlete of the meet. FULL RESULTS.

5/4/11 -- The Last Chance Qualifier yielded some fine marks on a beautiful, sunny day. Well done Bears! FULL RESULTS.

4/30/11 -- The girls finished 12th at the Shelton Invite and the boys team competed well and placed 36th at the Shorline Invite. FULL RESULTS.

4/27/11 -- On one of the coldest and wettest track meets on record, the boys team beat Yelm but fell to South Kitsap. The ladies won both of their dual meets! FULL RESULTS.

4/20/11 -- Congratulations to the girls for winning their meet against Shelton. FULL RESULTS.

4/15/11 -- In the wet, Rain, and cold the varsity Bears competed well, the girls placing 2nd in the meet and the boys 6th, a mere 8.5 points out of first! Special congratulations to both Tayler Fettig and Nate Brennand, both dual winners at the meet! FULL RESULTS.

4/14/11 -- In the wet, rain, and cold the JV Bears showed some outstanding resiliance on top of some fine marks. FULL RESULTS.

3/30/11 -- Oly, Yelm, BP @ Timberline -- Congratulations to both teams on their victories at the meet at South Sound Stadium. Scores are as follows:

3/24/11 -- Oly, Central Kitsap @ Capital -- Congratulations to both boys' and girls' teams for winning both of their meets against Capital and Central Kitsap on Thursday (the meet was scored as a double dual meet, so it was like we were competing against the schools separately). The boys scores were as follows: Oly 78, CK 66; Oly 93, Capital 52. Girls' scores: Oly 112, Capital 44; Oly 121, CK 30. Thanks to all the volunteers and athletes who made this a great meet despite the less than desireable conditions. FULL MEET RESULTS

3/19/11 -- Seatttle Academy Relays @ West Seattle Stadium -- The girls won the meet and the boys placed 6th, both teams with some great early season performances on arguably the first day of nice weather this season. FULL MEET RESULTS
